Payments & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services.

The balance is due [30 days prior] to the start of services, unless otherwise specified.

Payments are accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the service date: deposit may be refundable (minus admin fee).

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the service date: deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance

Cole Compass strongly recommends guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events (e.g., illness, weather delays, flight cancellations).

Cole Compass is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel disruptions or personal emergencies.
Liability Disclaimer

Cole Compass curates and arranges experiences in partnership with trusted third-party providers.

Guests acknowledge and accept that participation in activities involves inherent risks.

Cole Compass, its owners, and employees are not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or loss of property during experiences.

By booking with Cole Compass, guests accept personal responsibility for their participation.
Changes & Force Majeure

Cole Compass reserves the right to modify or substitute services in case of weather, safety, or provider availability.
