Payments & Deposits

 

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services.

  • The balance is due [30 days prior] to the start of services, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.

 
 
Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the service date: deposit may be refundable (minus admin fee).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the service date: deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

 
 
Travel Insurance
 
 

  • Cole Compass strongly recommends guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events (e.g., illness, weather delays, flight cancellations).

  • Cole Compass is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel disruptions or personal emergencies.

 

Liability Disclaimer

 

  • Cole Compass curates and arranges experiences in partnership with trusted third-party providers.

  • Guests acknowledge and accept that participation in activities involves inherent risks.

  • Cole Compass, its owners, and employees are not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or loss of property during experiences.

  • By booking with Cole Compass, guests accept personal responsibility for their participation.


 
Changes & Force Majeure
 
 

  • Cole Compass reserves the right to modify or substitute services in case of weather, safety, or provider availability.

  • If such changes occur, we will make every effort to provide an equal or better alternative
